1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian permission to purchase from us. By using our site or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Services

We offer:

  • Manufactured terrain for tabletop games like Warhammer

  • Digital files (e.g. STL files) for 3D printing

  • Custom commissions, made to order

All product images and descriptions aim to be accurate. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of products.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept many payment methods: e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer

We reserve the right to update pricing or product availability at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Physical products are shipped via [list carriers] within Australia and internationally.

  • Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Digital Products

  • Digital downloads (e.g., STL files) are delivered electronically.

  • These are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed.

  • You must not resell, distribute, or share the files, including modified versions.

6. Refunds, Returns & Australian Consumer Guarantees

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • 3D Printed Terrain: Small amount of stock is kept on each terrain, however if no stock is available, please allow up to 3 weeks for manufacture and delivery. We will do our very best to deliver it within the timeframe, however if this is not possible, we will compensate you for waiting with small gifts. We thank you for your understanding.

  • Consumer Guarantees: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure is not major, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

  • Physical Goods: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of receiving it with your order number and photos. We may ask you to return the item for inspection.

  • Digital Goods: Refunds for digital products are generally not offered unless required under the ACL (e.g., the file is faulty or doesn't match the description).

  • Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of custom terrain, refunds or changes are not available once work has commenced, unless the product is faulty or fails to meet consumer guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, artwork, files, and branding remain the property of Jim’s Shed Hammer, unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not copy, modify, resell, or use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for compatibility or reference purposes only.

8. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Infringe upon our or any third party's intellectual property

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
